During our production of the Britney Spears hit me nbaby on more time we learnt and improved on lip singing skills and how to merge our video so that the lip singin would be in place. During this experience we learnt on things during the video which we shoudlnt do such as, inappropriate dancing and how to make our video look more proffesional

Jay-z Roc Boys
this music video by Jay z has Explicit meaning as the video is easy to understand from they made good use of images background pictures and lighting. Its the typical Illustration video as the lyrics speaks of how he started his career and now that he is rich the clothing used shows his high success as they are in suits. the props used which is champaign shows that they have success and fame. the area which they are in is of a high standard.
The reading in this video is dominant as the message from the lyrics to the video is very clear speaking of success and the high life which is shown.
In the video they make use of high key lighting which helps the video show that everyone in this video is upper classed as bright lights are seen to be a sign of success and positive events and in this video it consists of partying which is the dancing on the dance floor and also the reckless amounts of drinking champaign and popping the corks is a sign of happiness when drinking these are all the iconography.

Lady Gaga - Bad Romance
Does Lady Gaga Bad Romance conform or subvert to the codes and conventions of a typical pop video?
In this i will be explaining how the lady Gaga video has specific aspects. I will explain how the video Conforms and subverts codes and conventions of a regular Pop video. As Lady Gaga is a unique type of pop artist who is famous for her unique style of clothing this also affects her attitude towards her music.
In the video Bad Romance i see this video as subverting from the conventions of a regular pop Video. This is as the videos topic is based on a Bad Romance but the video does indicate many codes which subvert and some which show that this video conforms.
The video is is an amplification as it doesn't stick to the story of the video in regular aspects. Lady Gaga follows the route of Goodwins Theory as this video also has dysjucture within the video. As the video follows a second storyline which isn't relevant to what the topic of the video actually is.
Although i personally think that Lady Gaga subverts it is shown in her video that she can also conforms. she wears a lot of red in her video which shows signs of romance as the colour red generally indicates love, passion and hate. also the use of close ups which is used in her video helps to show her emotion and hate in the video.
